Five Years of Leadership

2018–2023

In 2021, Đại entered the world of MMO and YouTube.

What started as a new direction became a five-year journey of learning, testing, creating, and building.

During this time, he worked on a network of more than 300 YouTube channels targeting international audiences, with channels ranging from around 10,000 to more than 1 million subscribers.

Behind those numbers were thousands of hours of testing, countless experiments, failures, improvements, and new beginnings.

Content is more than something you create. With the right system, it can become a real business asset.

Five Years in YouTube

2021–2026

As AI began to transform the way people work, Đại saw a bigger opportunity.

It was no longer just about doing YouTube with human effort. It was about building systems where technology could work alongside people.

Drawing from years of hands-on experience, Đại began focusing on AI automation — applying technology to content creation, production, and business operations.
